Hotel Conquistador

Right across from the mosque: so close that we even have Mozarabic ruins inside the hotel

Located right in the heart of Córdoba, directly across from the largest mosque dating from the time of the Caliphates, the Hotel Conquistador aims to conquer our guests? heart with a warm, pleasant atmosphere, a dreamy Andalusian courtyard and rooms decorated in the Mozarabic style.

We can boast that we have the most famous neighbour in Córdoba, the mosque, acclaimed the world over as one of humanity?s greatest works of art. In fact, we are so close to the mosque that we even have a small part of it in our hotel. In the Almanzor Room you can see Mozarabic ruins from the 15th century, which are actually one of the three ablution pavilions belonging to the cathedral of Córdoba. These ruins are protected by the regional government of Andalusia?s Culture Council.

Near the ruins, the jewel that enchants all our guests is the Andalusian courtyard, which the entire layout of the Hotel Conquistador wraps around. The courtyard is a source of life and charm, ideal for hosting soirées and dinners. In fine weather, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the courtyard.
